Returns & Replacements

 

We put a lot of care into every letter and paper piece we send.

Because of the nature of handmade and printed paper products, our return policy is

intentionally simple and transparent.

Do you accept returns ?

 

At the moment, we do not accept returns on delivered orders.

All items from The Raw Letter Club are prepared specifically for each subscriber and are considered

personal - use products.

 

When do replacements apply?

 

We will happily offer a replacement if:

 

  • You receive a damaged item

  • The letter or contents are incorrect or incomplete

  • The envelope arrives torn or unusable

 

If this happens, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

 

  • Your order or subscription name

  • We request to send more than 3 clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of what went wrong

 

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

 

 

What is not considered damage ?

 

Because our products are rooted in slow, imperfect, and tactile making, the following are not

considered defects:

 

  • Minor variations in paper texture or print

  • Slight differences in ink tone or alignment

  • Natural marks that come from handling and packing

 

These details are part of the character of handmade paper goods.

 

 

Important note:

 

We do not offer replacements for:

 

  • Delays caused by postal services

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
