Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to The Raw Letter Club subscriptions and paper goods purchases.

 

The Raw Letter Club (Subscription)​

Subscription Cancellations

 

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.

  • Once a billing cycle has started, the current month’s letter cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Managing your subscription

If you’d like to pause or cancel your Raw Letter Club subscription, simply email us at
therawpaperhouse@gmail.com before the next billing cycle.

We’ll take care of it for you - no dashboards, no stress.

Refunds

 

  • We do not offer refunds for:

     

  • Already processed subscription payments

  • Letters that have been printed, prepared, or dispatched

 

If you cancel before the next cycle:

  • You will not be charged further

  • Your subscription will end after the current cycle

 

 

Paper Goods (One-time Purchases)

 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed

  • We do not offer refunds for paper goods unless:

  1. The item is damaged

  2. The wrong item is delivered

 

In such cases, please refer to our Returns & Replacements policy.
